When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with the tour operator. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the booking and payment.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where specified. Additional charges may apply for optional services or special requests.

3.3 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including GCash, bank transfers, and credit cards. Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. User Responsibilities

• Carry appropriate insurance
• Communicate any changes promptly

7. Limitation of Liability

TourKita PH acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of tour operators
• Personal injury or property damage during tours
• Weather-related cancellations or changes
• Loss of personal belongings
• Travel delays or missed connections

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TourKita PH, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
